Once there was a little duck -

         Quackers was her name -

But Quackers tapped on people's doors

         And always said the same:

Are you ready?

"Quack quack quack quack quack quack quack"

    Yes, this is what she said - - - - -

And: "Quack quack quack" and "quack" again -

     "I want some tasty bread."

Some people liked the hungry duck

Who tapped upon their door -

And so they threw out lots of bread

         But Quackers asked for more:

Are you ready?

"Quack quack quack quack quack quack quack"

    Yes, this is what she said - - - - -

And: "Quack quack quack" and "quack" again -

    "I want some tasty bread."

    Well, everyone became annoyed

But just what could they do?

And another thing they didn't like

         Was lots of Quacker's poo.

Are you ready?

"Quack quack quack quack quack quack quack"

    Yes, this is what she said - - - - -

And: "Quack quack quack" and "quack" again -

   "I want some tasty bread."

A big black cat heard all this noise

         And peeped around the house,

And then he crept towards the duck,

         As quietly as a mouse.

But Quackers spotted this black cat

         And what did Quackers do?

She stopped her quacking right away

         And quickly off she flew.

But tell me where did Quackers fly?

         Perhaps it's what you fear!

For if she's come to visit you

Then his is what you'll hear:

Are you ready?

"Quack quack quack quack quack quack quack"

    Yes, this is what she said - - - - -

And: "Quack quack quack" and "quack" again -

    "I want some tasty bread."

* Bread is not good for ducks.  It is junk food.  Buy them some sunflower seeds which cost about the same price.  Much better for them!
